I highly recommend Erin Klinger and The Laforet Team with RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals! Erin was amazing throughout the entire process. Initially, I tried to save some money by listing my house for sale by owner. In 25 days, I had only 5 showings and received two offers that were $15k and $20k less than the asking price. Having previously used Erin to buy this home, I decided to ask her to list it for me. The results were incredible! Erin managed to get 10+ showings in just 5 days and received two offers. I accepted a cash offer $2k less than full asking price. She sold my home in just 5 days, and we closed in 11 days?! Erin is truly the Caitlin Clark of real estate! Save your time and just list your house with Erin. She is worth every dollar in closing costs! Erin, thank you for your professionalism, expertise, and friendship. You are the GOAT!
