ORS is the best physical therapy facility I have ever been to. I have through probably 6-7 rounds of physical therapy treatment in my life, and this is by far the best company I have ever worked with. Before going here, I thought PT was a waste of time/money. Every other place I have gotten treatment at before would have me to do my at-home exercises for 25 minutes and shuffle me out the door after collecting my co-pay. At ORS, they constantly incorporate new exercises and therapies into your treatment. I never get bored, and I never feel like I am paying 20$ for nothing. They make sure to offer heat or ice after every session, depending on your individual needs. I recently had surgery, and ORS is the reason I am doing as well as I am today. I would absolutely recommend that everyone do their treatment here. First, they began treatment during my evaluation, which is pretty unheard of anywhere else. If I am not in a rush, they will treat me for an hour and a half! Next, you see a physical therapist every single appointment, instead of just being pushed off to an aid for some appointments. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and this is the only business which actually took the time to get to know me during my treatment. At other places, I would have to remind the provider of which limb (left or right) they were even supposed to be working on. Anyone who goes here can tell right away that these people love what they do, and they are amazing at their jobs. I cannot recommend ORS enough to everyone!
I have been to a number of physical therapy clinics in Lansing area and this is the best. The staff is very well trained and personable. Elena, Maverick and Joanna are awesome and have helped me a lot.
