I had Todd and Art out for a repair and they did an outstanding job! They arrived when they said they would, completed the work and cleaned up after they were through.

Ac unit had major water leak in the humidifier. Northwinds was prompt with scheduling service and we added on a maintenance plan. Cody was very professional and courteous, explaining and showing us everything he did, including pics. Would highly recommend Northwinds for sales, service and repair of major home comfort needs.
