A patient had a positive experience with the provider and appreciated the timely communication of test results and a new prescription. However, another patient noted an issue with gender identity being misrepresented in the McLaren patient portal, which may impact their future considerations for returning.
Some time it’s hit or miss who you get to see sometimes you meet very Understanding and caring nurses and sometimes you meet someone just don’t understand you. Overall I give 4 stars.
Amazing clinic with great staff! Joan the NP was very sweet and helpful. Holly, the nurse was efficient and kind. The visit was quick and all my questions were answered . I will definitely Be returning and also bringing my kids in for any of our urgent care needs!
Nurse Holly was very caring and helpful with the questions i had.The Mcclaren patient portal doesn’t have an input field for gender identity, and i was misgendered by the virtual practitioner. I would consider going elsewhere in the future for that reason.
