“Based on previous reviews, I contacted Computer Healer to see if they could update our desktop computer since it was running extremely slow. Sam checked it all out, cleaned it, added some memory and another hard drive. Because I am not real savvy with computers, he patiently explained how MS 365 and OneDrive would make life easier! One of his goals is to make users more independent (yes, he likes getting our business, but sometimes we can handle things ourselves!). When there was still an issue when loading things once I got it home, he offered to access the computer remotely to save both of us some time. Because of the time I had spent with him and your reveiws, I trusted him to get into the computer remotely. I wish I could sit with him for a few hours and just pick up tips on using technology more effectively, checking to see if things are running properly, and learning shortcuts!
