The guard does not interfere with Christmas lights and you can even take it with you to your next house if you move. With this gutter system, the channel allows air to flow through the gutter which prevents ice build up. Overtime, the additional weight could affect your shingles, rafters and ceiling joists. No other gutter system has these benefit. This really is the best gutter system on the market!

We had Gutter Flow System personnel install their product in our gutters on our house and large barn last fall last winter was the first winter in 28 years that I've lived here that we had no icicles on our gutters we used to have icicles that would be 5 or 6 ft long. It is truly a great product! Thank you so very much for inventing this product!
