The best eye doctor ever!!! The staff is incredible. They are wonderful with children. My family has been going there for years and years. They truly care about you and listen to you. Treat you like family. Won't go anywhere else. Worth the travel. Can't recommend them enough.

I am always impressed by the latest up-to-date equipment Dr. Phillips uses. Every annual visit there is always new equipment using the latest technology at Capital City Vision Center. Dr. Phillips and her staff are always personal, pleasant, and supportive.
