My parents recently had a flooded basement. We hired ProRestore from Oak Park to do the water clean-up. They did a great job. Our contact person was Brandi, and she was outstanding. She was very responsive, answered all of my questions and made sure the job was done right. We could not be happier!

A check valve on our sump pump failed and we woke to 3 inches of water on the floor in the basement. We live in a more rural area where it’s sometimes hard to find trades that service our area. Pro Restore was there in an hour (spectacular for our area) and they had the crew working immediately. The team was fast, efficient and professional and they took excellent care of the furniture and belongings we had while things were drying out. They also took care of the removal of things that could not be salvaged (carpet, soaked drywall, etc) and provided expert guidance on how to care for items that did get wet (what’s safe to keep and what’s not). Absolutely amazing work .... my basment was severely damaged do to a major storm and foundation cracks ..... but after these guys came through and did their job, It's better then I could have ever imagined. Thanks again to the crew at Pro restore me and my family appreciate what u guys have done for us .
