Zero star would be better; same on my end. He had an appointment for our water heaters, didn't show up. I called early morning asking him when he will be at our house with answering 12pm. I call him 2 hours later, he told me the next day, same time, and hung up the phone. Oh, no excuse or some comment. OK, I reported out to the insurance to wait for today, and he didn't show up, no call, no message, nothing. I called one hour after the time he gave; he was very rude when I asked him which time he will be here, but no response, he just hung up. ?????

Can't recommend. I called because I need a drain snaked in a shower. He quoted me a price over the phone that was about 40% cheaper than other plumbers in the area. Told me he's be out in a few hours and would give me a call. 2.5 hrs later I haven't heard anything, call him back and he says another hours tops. 1.5 hrs after that I call back and go to voicemail after two rings. Never received a call from him and had to have someone else out the next day. Can't recommend this business, communication with customers is non-existent

Leo and his crew updated the old galvanized plumbing in my home. As a young, first-time home buyer, this was a big expense but the outcome was great. The water pressure issue was resolved! Excellent work. Many other contractors and the City Inspector complimented the quality of the work. Very pleased.
