I’ve been using Jacob’s Ladder since the great flood of 2014 when Jacob came quickly and was able to get my hot water heater started. I was very grateful. They have always been prompt, courteous, efficient, thorough and reasonably priced. I don’t think you could ask for better service. Update 3/23/24 I had a technician Daniel trying to get my hot water heater working. We ended up having to replace it with a new one but I was very confident that everything possible was done prior to that recommendation.
