During my Slow Burn class with Julie, I was at peace and in tranquility. I loved how Julie explained the flows and poses we were in. And the other ladies in the class are so kind and helpful. I work full time , so I think I will start off with 2 days a week. “One of my go-to yoga studios! Thrive has locations in both Troy and Farmington Hills and offers tons of times and different class types. Even with a busy schedule, I feel like I can still squeeze in at least one class every week! I've attended classes with a few different instructors and have always found them to be very welcoming and friendly. Weekend classes can tend to be full, but there is typically plenty of space to spread out during the week. I also really appreciate that the instructors are always very respectful of each individuals' limitations and offers alternatives for more challenging poses. The heat and humidity can definitely be overwhelming if this is your first time trying hot yoga. However, this is one of my favorite features of this location and a reason I keep coming back! It's important to go at your own pace, take breaks if necessary, and bring PLENTY of water if you're new to this type of practice! FYI: this location also offers showers!“

“I do not have enough great things to say about Reset and my therapist, Sam. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I was one of those who had mixed feelings about therapy. But it wasn't until I went through a loss of someone close to me, I realized it was challenging navigating my feelings on my own. I felt so buried in grief and didn't know where to turn.I have always hired coaches in the past for different things - workouts, nutrition, business and spiritual mentors. So my logical brain justified it as hiring a mental/emotional coach.The staff at Reset set up an initial call to go over what I was looking for in a therapist, really working to understand my needs. I was so blessed to be paired with someone who I felt was an immediate YES!I clicked with Sam immediately, and I look forward to our weekly sessions. What I love more is not only do we do the talking, and peeling back the layers and all that, but some sessions are focused on more experiential therapy, meditation, breathwork, even yoga.I love the individualized approach, and uncovering what is specific to teach person.From someone who "didn't need therapy", I now pretty much tell anyone and everyone that they must check out Reset Brain and Body! ?“
