I had a 55 min massage with Kay yesterday. A change from my usual (and amazing) Steve, and I was really happy with my experience. Her pressure was perfect, her “face up” technique for releasing my neck and shoulders using gravity to assist was amazing, the hot towels on my feet and upper back was very relaxing, and she was able to hit all the areas I asked for within our time. I would definitely recommend her!!

So glad I finally found my go-to massage therapist after trying out so many! I love coming to Sandstone every three weeks to see Angela - she is AMAZING and versatile, and I always experience immediate results. She can not only do all forms of massage, including prenatal but is also awesome at cranial sacral, ROLFing and is a naturopath and considers herself a "refugee of the medical industry", having healed herself from several autoimmune diseases. She is grounded, friendly, and calm, yet strong and very intuitive, finding all the "spots" and working them out. I love her custom-made seasonal essential oil blend options - I always do a 90-minute session with her. Highly recommend it, as you get the full experience!
