“Kristin worked on my legs. It's like she woke them up. They are more flexible now. Nerve regeneration seems to be increasing since this last visit and I'm regaining more feeling in my feet. She touched on my tight hips and with just one application, had loosened them up a bit with more work to do. Winding down with sessions. I believe I will still be visiting Kristin after my 10 visits are up.“

“Pilates is exercise for life and Julie is a great teacher for Pilates. Julie provides classes that challenge you while moving at your own pace. When I would accomplish a particular movement Julie would challenge me by adding on something new, in this way the classes are never the same and I was always getting stronger. Her classes are fun, challenging, exciting and are taught in a bright studio. If you're looking for a Pilates class that you can do for the rest of your life I recommend Julie at Pilates Barre.“

“I love the atmosphere at the gym, especially the comfortable space for ladies. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place where you can work out without being bothered. It's cozy and feels like home. I used to go there just to sit on the couch and recharge with positive energy, even when I was feeling down. The staff are very nice and helpful.“
