Hidden Gem ? This place rivals Lifetime Fitness, is more affordable and I like the family type of energy. Everything you need for fitness and then some. Towel service, can even rent overnight lockers, super clean, and staff is awesome. I needed a place to take a biz call and they gave me access to a private room so I could take care of biz. Should have tried this place years ago.

Marian was so helpful. When I called for regarding my membership, she was so quick to respond. Not only was she helpful, but she went above and beyond for me and my family. Such great customer service. Not just a great gym, but great people working there

I just use it for the pool. I’m a former competitive swimmer, just training to stay in shape now. The pool is a well made 8 lane, 25 meter pool. Outdoors in the summer, indoors under a bubble in the winter.Perfect for lap swimming, and I’ve never seen it completely booked for the 5:30-7:00am time slot. You do have to reserve a lane and pay by the hour, but well worth it for a guaranteed lane and if you have a swim buddy you can split the lane and the cost.
