I’ve been visiting Royal Nails Spa in Novi for a few months now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! Having had my nails done on and off for the last 15 years at various salons, I can truly appreciate the outstanding service and atmosphere here.

I regularly get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure with polish. Andy and Hana are my go-to experts, and they both go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Andy, who handles my manicures, is incredibly gentle and attentive. As someone who has struggled with picking my nails, I’ve never felt judged or less than in his chair. His ability to match colors perfectly to my inspirational photos is just amazing—he’s a true color genius!

For my pedicures, Hana is a gem. Despite being extremely ticklish, I never felt uncomfortable or anxious during my sessions with her. She was so gentle and made me feel completely at ease, which was a first for me! Plus, chatting with her feels like catching up with an old friend—we’ve had such meaningful conversations about life and purpose.

My nails have never looked better, and I’ve received countless compliments. I told her what I wanted and she did it on the FIRST try. I have been trying to do this color for 5 years and previous hairdressers had many excuses on why it was not possible. Within 2 hours, Aleah was able to give me what I wanted. She listens, has a bubbly and radiant personality and is a very skilled colorist. She understands ethnic hair too. She is a hidden gem! I got a gel manicure and pedicure for $80, which I think is a great price considering the quality of the work. The foot and hand massage was okay, but I don't think there were any upgrade options for hot stones or paraffin. Overall, I'm happy with my nails, and I will definitely be going back to Novi Nails again. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great nail experience.

The signature is my favorite for two hours. I just turn out the world and let her work her magic. This is my no phone zone time and I love it. Plenty of time to recharge myself. When it comes time to get a massage ??‍♀️ Chelsea is a rockstar at making you feel comfortable she has the sweetest voice, she will literally melt away your stress with her hands. After sitting in the red light sauna with some cold grapes and a towel is the perfect ending to a great spa today. I can’t say enough great things about this place and staff they are all fabulous. I don’t know why I never came to this one before…probably because I love Cindy at the Southland location ?. But when I tell you these women were so wonderful it would be an understatement. It’s got to be one of the best pedicures and full face waxes that I’ve ever had. 11/10 all day!!!“
