July 11, 2024, I renovated my building spent $20,000 on a unit from michigan mechanical had them come a few times for a few fixes, of course, they charged a fee, which was expected because there was some issues with the setting . I wanted to use them for service the other day, regarding the fan on the unit which is a year and a half old ....The fan was making a loud Rattling noise inside our office, I left a ticket message ....never heard back until I followed up. One of the workers called and said Matt the owner said he will no longer have anyone come to my office since I wasn't on a contract??? Matt Didn't even have the decency to call me to ask me if I wanted a contract ?? I had no idea I needed a contract for a service call, the worst service for a company is someone that doesn't give a care, I feel sorry for whoever works there because pretty soon they will have zero clients .....the owner in my opinion is lacking in customer service didn't even have the decency to give me a call when I asked to discuss. I would rate them a big zero but the only option was one star,, for the lack of service on behalf of the owner Matt lacking in good culture and integrity!

I work for this company for three days. During the interview we agreed on an hourly rate and within 30 minutes they were trying to renegotiate the hourly rate. Their work is shoddy at best and they do things the way they were done 50 years ago. They’re building looks like it is in shambles and most of the workers look like homeless men . I’m expecting them to rip me off out of my pay because that’s just the kind of people these people are
