Goes by Mike Ladd in Farmington Hills AND Mike Spencer, Maintenance Mike, Novi, MI area. BEWARE!! VERY unprofessional. Was referred by friend to hang tv but I prioritized hanging chandelier which was pretty successful, but 2 months later the ceiling area still hasn't been painted. 3 other projects (re-hanging a 5 ft. wire shelf, filling holes and touching up 2x2 ft. area in back of tiny closet, and installing and adjusting 2 outside solar lights) are still not operational despite hours of my time over 3 additional visits. I hired Mike Spencer to install vanity, replace wood trim, paint some outside trim and install my new blindsVery unsatisfied with quality of his job. Paid him $1050, put stop on $650, and have to pay another contractor $500 to re-do and fix the vanity installation. He did not painted outside the vanity. Left moldy drywall, chapped and damaged bottom portion of vanity, did not put wall inside the vanity, did horrible job finishing it.I had to re-paint and use wood filler on wood trim that he charged me to replace and I had to re-paint all front door, garage sides and front windows.He was in my house for 5 full days, 9 tam to 4 pm, which normally would of taken no more...read full review

Told us our window repair job wasn't big enough for him. He is supposed to be maintenance man and he should know every job isn't going to pay his mortgage. He was a waste of time.
