Things were good for awhile with 2 super cleaners-Samantha & (Savannah or Denise or Jena or Dana). Not a steady same group. Then Samantha was put with a new untrained person (I'll call her UP). Their website claims "All Employees are Trained, Screened and Bonded". No, they are not trained. UP vacuumed but DID NOT MOVE ANYTHING OR DO UNDER FURNITURE. UP dusted but DID NOT MOVE ANYTHING. We called the office and complained to Trianphy (called Tree). Nothing was done to correct our home. Two weeks later the crew returned. When we asked if they were told of our complaint, they said they were not told. Again, UP cleaned in the same matter. After they left, we called and cancelled...read full review

I am so happy with the deep cleaning service I received. The 2 ladies were friendly and very professional. My apartment was cleaned beyond my expectations. Every inch and surface was cleaned and polished GREAT JOB!!Service: Deep clean
