I have been a member since 2017 and never had a complaint. Last Wednesday had a terrible experience my money was stolen from my wallet inside the locker while I was working out. The gym was super busy around 6pm and I’m sure someone was watching. I spoke with the front desk they had me write a paper to the GM and told me nothing they could do.I know big part is my fault bringing my wallet with me and not really expecting anything from the gym. I just expected someone would call me to at least make me feel that they not okay with having thieves there. I wrote this review so hopefully members watch out and it doesn’t happen to anyone else!

This gym has gotten sooo dirty. It’s actually disgusting now to even work out. I don’t believe the staff ever mops the floors or cleans the machines. I will be looking for a new gym.

The most amazing place with the most amazing staff. Truly one of the best places to work out and bring your family. The spaces they have for kids like the Kids Academy and pool are the best.
