He also discovered the chirping I heard, was and old Carbon Monoxide detector that had a Low Battery. That same day Brian (Plumber) was out installing a new hot water heater. He also arrived promptly and began working. Bob and Brian, both took all the packing materials with them after their completion of the jobs.
