Just wanted to share my experience with Great Oaks landscaping. I live at the Crossing at Eagle Pond, the guy was mowing the lawn.,He hit a great big dog ball And it flew on my balcony and broke my lawn chair. I called great Oaks landscaping and Josh Delay Who is the project manager said that he would take care of it. Josh went all the way to the store and bought my chair and delivered it to my balcony. It was taken care of right away. He is pretty amazing and I wanted everyone to know, how wonderful this company is. Thank you so much Josh for helping out. ?
Just finished landscaping at my new home and I must say these guys do not disappoint. Everything went according to plan. These guys work HARD!! They are courteous and well mannered and attentive to the customer's needs. Don't hesitate to use them, they are pro's from top to bottom.
The company was a pleasure to work with! Juan Lopez and his crew worked tirelessly planting 21 trees around my home. I have never seen people work harder! They continued to ask me if I was happy with placement of trees, cleaned up and hosed down the driveway/street. They are professional and accommodating!
