Rare to find a company that actually cares about their customers and the equipment they are working on. The field tech Ryan did an awesome job with my old boiler. Took the time to show me what he was working on and how the system worked. Pulled about 2 pounds of rust out of the burners and really got in there to service the unit. I don't think previous companies ever did that.
After it was done he confirmed proper operation and even looked at my other equipment to give me some pointers and make sure there was nothing pressing I needed to address.

Devin at Randazzo check out our air conditioner because it seemed like it was running a lot. Found it had a leak in Freon line. Gave us 3 options and quotes for the two that involved locating the leak or could replace unit. We decided will wait until spring and replace unit since no guarantees leak would be found and if it was, what would be involved in repairing it.

Yearly tune up . Tech did a wonderful job. Took the time to tell me how to set my thermostat. Also he took the time to explain what i needed to be doing to make sure that the system was running smoothly. They do great work.
