Devin at Randazzo check out our air conditioner because it seemed like it was running a lot. Found it had a leak in Freon line. Gave us 3 options and quotes for the two that involved locating the leak or could replace unit. We decided will wait until spring and replace unit since no guarantees leak would be found and if it was, what would be involved in repairing it.
Yearly tune up . Tech did a wonderful job. Took the time to tell me how to set my thermostat. Also he took the time to explain what i needed to be doing to make sure that the system was running smoothly. They do great work.
Isaiah was fantastic! He was thorough, polite, respectful of my property, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, during my time frame. He answered all of my questions & concerns. He also explained the maintenance process along the way. He also explained about other services, such as the air duct cleaning system Randazzo offers. He explained the importance of cleaning the pump system. Overall, excellent customer service.
