Jeannette graciously accepted me as her client eight months ago. As a 64 year old, overweight woman with some physical issues, I was fairly intimidated to step foot in a gym. Jeannette made me feel comfortable. From day one she has been mindful of my concerns, always checking to see how I'm feeling. While training with Jeannette I've been able to lose 70 pounds so far, and feel great physically and mentally. She is not only a great trainer but a great person as well. Jeannette is knowledgeable, caring, funny and interesting. She is invested in me and my health journey. She absolutely puts the "personal" in personal training.
