From the first call in through the end of the appointment everybody was very pleasant and professional! Five stars PLUS for this team?? Revisited today for follow up and would add to my review Dr. Ko&Britney are such kind and caring individuals and the staff once again very friendly and professional. I seen Samantha the new PA that has started at this office and she did a biopsy on my back of a mole and she did a great job very nice, explained everything while doing it and I didn’t feel a thing. Her MA Audrey also did a great job! Highly recommend seeing Samantha

10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a dermatologist that will take their time and listen to all of your concerns. From start to finish of my visit, everyone was so kind. I did not catch her name but the assistant who was with me during my appointment was so wonderful and made me feel like I was talking to a friend, which helped ease the anxiety of what brought me in for an appointment. I would love for her to be recognized. Both her and Ms. Phoebe went above and beyond to take their time and address all of my concerns and left none of my questions unanswered.
