Recently brought my daughter for her graduated level 2 road test. instructor was Brad House. Great experience, he was awesome and did a great job of explaining things clearly and patiently. My daughter was nervous and he communicated in a way that made her feel relaxed. Great job Brad! Highly recommended.
It is very good very very good
I just booked through these guys at the Novi location and all I can say is that they are great. The staff is so friendly is unbelievable because you don’t normally get that in a business. Your child could potentially learn a lot from 1 or all the instructors. Rachel is the Assistant manager/Receptionist and she is very understanding and great person to talk to. Coach House or he is know as Brad he is very professional and outstanding at his job. When taking the segment 1 class with him he was informing. I did one drive with him and I felt very comfortable and he is very easy to talk to. Alicia was very informative and straightforward so you wouldn’t get confused. She was also a very nice person and easy to talk to. When driving and talking to her I felt relaxed and I felt good. Karen was very bubbly and that helped lighten the slight anxiety I had when driving. When thinking about taking these classes you would have thought they were boring but they weren’t. The class made you learn so much about driving. When I thought about driving I just thought you put it in drive and you go from there but now that I have learned so much I can be a responsible and a safe driver. All I can say is thank you guys!
