I’ve been a stylist with Broadway since they opened their first location in Troy. I loved it so much I opened up my second location about 2 years ago in Novi. I love the atmosphere, the landlords feel like family they do their best to accommodate everyone and they truly care about your success. There are a lot of salon suites these days but the landlords aren't Francis & Tom that’s why I only choose Broadway.

I have never had a better experience in my 52 years of life. Jessica listened to what I wanted and delivered in spades. I went with the kings option. I got the haircut I wanted, a neck shave and she worked out a knot in my shoulder. I look better and feel better. She has experience as a massage therapist. She found that knot and worked it out. Happy to give her a 20% tip and recommend her. I told her I wanted a DA.....and she knew what I wanted. I got her card and she will be where I go from now on.

The best place for haircuts by a country mile. Every stylist is incredible and they're one of the few places that charges less than $30 for a basic haircut!
They're efficient - it usually takes around 25 minutes, and I've always walked away looking better than when I walked in.
Something I truly appreciate, that most other places don't get, is if you're quiet, and not in the mood to chat, they respect your privacy. But if you're extraverted and love conversing, they're great to banter with!
If I could give this place 10 stars, believe me, I would!
If you live in the the Farmington/Novi/Northville/Livonia/South Lyon/Commerce area, you should definitely check this place out!

It really is the best place in the area- I always feel welcomed, they have a good selection of products that aren’t over priced, have multivarious beds and tanning services, employees are personable and well educated on everything they have to offer! I’m real OCD about germs and I personally appreciate their dedication to keeping it a clean, sterile environment. Love it here.

I regularly get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure with polish. Andy and Hana are my go-to experts, and they both go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Andy, who handles my manicures, is incredibly gentle and attentive. As someone who has struggled with picking my nails, I’ve never felt judged or less than in his chair. His ability to match colors perfectly to my inspirational photos is just amazing—he’s a true color genius!
For my pedicures, Hana is a gem. Despite being extremely ticklish, I never felt uncomfortable or anxious during my sessions with her. She was so gentle and made me feel completely at ease, which was a first for me! Novi Nails was a good experience. I was a walk-in and got serviced quickly. My nail tech, Jonathon, was friendly and professional. I got a gel manicure and pedicure for $80, which I think is a great price considering the quality of the work. The foot and hand massage was okay, but I don't think there were any upgrade options for hot stones or paraffin. Overall, I'm happy with my nails, and I will definitely be going back to Novi Nails again. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great nail experience.

Rin is the best!...I get my pedicures done here and she takes her time and is detail oriented. I actually met her when we were going to the trash can inside the mall and she gave me a card. I was happy because I was tired of going all the way to West Bloomfield. This place is convenient. She's been here almost 2 years and she's excellent at what she does. Omg I was headed your way today to get a pedicure and face wax but decided I didn’t want to drive that far so I just came to the Deluxe Nails in Novi. I don’t know why I never came to this one before…probably because I love Cindy at the Southland location ?. But when I tell you these women were so wonderful it would be an understatement. It’s got to be one of the best pedicures and full face waxes that I’ve ever had. 11/10 all day!!!

I went to this salon after my regular hairdresser cancelled on me at the last minute-again. I was fortunate enough to find Aleah! She is a God send!! She knows color very well. I told her what I wanted and she did it on the FIRST try. I have been trying to do this color for 5 years and previous hairdressers had many excuses on why it was not possible. Within 2 hours, Aleah was able to give me what I wanted. She listens, has a bubbly and radiant personality and is a very skilled colorist. She understands ethnic hair too. She is a hidden gem! Our basement flooded after a storm and Eric showed up the same day we called and began the remediation. He did the dry-out, carpet repair, and steam clean--all in less than a week. Everything is back to normal and the carpet looks (and smells) great. His prices are very reasonable, he's a hard worker, and a nice guy too. Did I mention he does a better job at steam cleaning than this company who's initials are S.S.? We're definitely hiring him again for our next carpet cleaning!

I live at the Crossing at Eagle Pond, the guy was mowing the lawn.,He hit a great big dog ball And it flew on my balcony and broke my lawn chair. I called great Oaks landscaping and Josh Delay Who is the project manager said that he would take care of it. Josh went all the way to the store and bought my chair and delivered it to my balcony. It was taken care of right away. He is pretty amazing and I wanted everyone to know, how wonderful this company is. Thank you so much Josh for helping out. ?

Dentist, Dr. Salah and Barry, a dental Hygienist has been my dental experts for nearly 3 decades, including through COVID-19. This is a very professional office. With them I know I'm in good hands. I require pre-medication and have sensitive teeth and they ensure I have taken my pre-med before each exam. They are thorough and don't prescribe unnecessary treatments. And they are sensitive in letting you know the approximate cost of any dental work you many need. I would highly recommend them to you.

Everyone has been kind, gentle (so important in this field!) and understanding. No rush to repair my tooth until further investigation by a specialist is complete and I honestly like that. Had to walk out of my appointment because I was asked to pay for all or “at least half” of my services that I scheduled for next Monday. I was told this was Aspens policy to take money for services up front even if it’s not done that day. That money was required to secure the hygienists appointment slot.

It is highly recommended by me. This was my first time visiting a chiropractor officially. Over the past few weeks, I have been working with the team here. I am very pleased!!! Despite having over a decade of on & off lower back pain. I previously believed that physical therapy was the most effective treatment, but I must genuinely express my gratitude to the team here for not just giving me hope but actually feeling results. A light adjustment and always willing to get me in on the fly is a gift of its own.

Dr Will is amazing! Definitely recommend going to see him. We brought our twins to see him over 4 years ago as infants and been seeing him since for all of our chiropractic care. One of our twins has Down syndrome and he is great with her! He has treated me through a pregnancy and given me much relief along the way. He has magic hands for sure and on top of that he is just an amazing human in general and we really appreciate the time he takes at each visit to listen meticulously and treat what is needed. I love that you do not need to make an appointment time and can walk in at any time they are open. The office staff has always been very pleasant as well. I would like to add that this is an honest review. I was not given anything for writing this and we did not know Dr Will prior to seeking him out for chiropractic care as we heard he was good with infants. (I always wonder if someone if related when I read a review or paid to say nice things, lol). Good luck and happy healing everyone!

We've been coming here for almost thirty years now, and the doctors and staff are second to none. They care about the animals and pet parents, and they treat all like family. They also make reasonable suggestions for your pet's care and diagnosis, rather than try to sell you a bunch of tests your pet doesn't need, and if you have an urgent issue, they do their very best to accommodate you as soon as possible. Wonderful all around.
We first met with Dr. Sackman a few years back, when my sweet older Collie developed a pretty severe reaction to fireworks due to nightly explosions in our neighborhood in 2020. She was kind and took a lot of time to get to know Pilot and his history. We found some solutions to ease his sound phobia. We now meet with Dr. Sackman for our younger Collie, who has some pretty big environmental fears, and Dr. Sackman has been patient and accessible as we work through different plans to help Beacon. Her knowledge, training and expertise are an invaluable resource to pets and their owners throughout Michigan, and her kind and sensitive demeanor puts owners and pets at ease. Highly recommend!

I have been a member of Sandstone Massage for the last 3+ years and it is seriously one of the best parts of my month. I have a very physical job in healthcare and require pretty regular massages to “undo” all the wear and tear I put my body through every week. The entire staff and owner is phenomenal, very kind and accommodating. The massage therapists are incredible and I’ve always been able to find somebody who can achieve my specific goals of relaxation but with productive deep tissue work and an intuitive sense for where the anatomical root of the issues arise. My favorite is Sri, a natural healer. I have to move out of state for my job and that is the only reason I would ever stop going to Sandstone! Also, they have great CBD bath and lotion products that seem to be truly effective for pain relief in my personal experience.
I have seen Lynn for therapeutic massage for several years now and she is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She checks in with you at the beginning of your session to see what areas need attention and she addresses them skillfully and intuitively. She is excellent and is a consummate professional. I am grateful to be a client of hers and I'm sure you will be as well!
Second time here and both times I had a wonderful massage - just the right amount of pressure. I had George the first time and asked for him again. His massages are as good or even better than salon massages.
This massage was a lifesaver! I've been dealing with terrible lower back pain for months, and this massage was exactly what I needed. The therapist spent a lot of time working out the knots in my back and shoulders, and the foot massage was heavenly. It was a full 60 minutes of pure relaxation and relief. The price was $80, which I think is very reasonable for the quality of the massage. You do need to pay upfront, but it's worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this massage to anyone with back pain or just looking for a relaxing experience. I'll be going back for sure!

Been a regular patron of Royal Thai. The staff is well trained, proficient and experienced. Compared to other establishments, Royal Thai consistently provided well-trained hard-working staff. Clean, professional and gracious. Recently renovated facility. Beautifully remodeled establishment. Regardless of the therapist after my massage, whatever issues, knots, or pain I may have, the experienced staff can and does quickly address the area(s) in question. Always feel great after a visit to Royal Thai!

I think a lot of the information was redundant and it felt like a bit of a waste of time (i was struggling not to fall asleep) but that's the issue with policy rather than the actual class. It was convenient to have it virtually though, and my instructor was rather kind and understanding. So overall it was fine.
We purchased the Course Plus 10 option. My daughter took Segment One at the Novi location and the classes were taught well for the most part while trying to make it interesting and fun for the students. The time spent behind-the-wheel as well as the closed course sessions were definitely very good with patient and good teachers and driving instructors. They taught her the rules of driving well. However, trying to schedule the Plus 10 hours portion of her contract has been tedious and quite unpleasant. The person who schedules these sessions at the Novi location has been offering times during the week when my sophomore is in school and it's difficult to find any availability immediately after school. At one point, I was even told to not call them and that they would contact me with availability as and when slots opened up. That's not what I would expect of a driving school that needs to have a better system in place for these private drives, especially when they're already paid for. Moreover, the majority of their clients are high schoolers who they clearly know can't book driving sessions during school hours. I truly hope they can modify their scheduling and get a system that's more conducive to helping high schoolers book their private lessons more easily.
I drove over 40 minutes to take my test here after reading the reviews because none of the local places by U of M had openings for a while. I am so glad I did! Don Stimmel was gentle and patient as he gave directions and even repeated himself when asked. It's easy to be nervous and make mistakes during the test that you usually wouldn't make, but Don puts you at ease so it's definitely not as stressful as it could be. At the end, he gave a very detailed explanation of the route we took and where things were done well and where there needs to be improvement. He gave defensive driver tips and helped point out weak spots all while still being kind. Basically, Don was everything I wish my on-the-road instructor had been.Would highly recommend this location!
