Was having trouble booting my gaming PC after a hard reset. Brought it down and he was finished after a couple hours. Booted right up and was very pleased. Would recommend and use again.

Jim is a total IT guru. Very professional in his manner and responded to any questions and issues we encountered during a transition from AT & T phone service to cloud based phone service.
