Worst experience I've had in healthcare. From the first visit there were issues. First appointment check in, for a sty, the woman gave me misinformation about my insurance, so I had to cancel to avoid costs. When I called back to reschedule, with new insurance info, found out she had wasted my time with misinformation. They apologized and rescheduled me with an optometrist when I asked for an ophthalmologist. Dr Vorgias was very kind and helpful, but not the kind of doctor i requested. They then did not bill my insurance and I rec'd an incorrect bill. I called again, they fixed it. Final straw was returning for my follow up. I waited for 1 hour and still was not seen by a doctor. Nice enough staff, but way too many issues, stress, and not worth your time.
