We are so pleased with Ed and his team at The (Northville) Exercise Coach. They are kind, fun and go above and beyond to ensure our workouts are successful. The hours are great for our busy schedules!
Knowledgeable and professional staff. Workout machines are cleaned by staff before each use. Scheduling is quick and easy. Recommend to anyone no matter your age or athletic ability
I don’t know that there is anyone who hates to exercise as much as I do, or rather, I did. Discovering The Exercise Coach is changing my life. It’s as advertised -20 minutes, 2 times per week. Their system is effective and efficient. The staff is knowledgeable, encouraging and works with you for your entire session. It’s not intimidating like a gym. Can’t give them enough stars. I just returned from a weeks vacation and was excited to get my workout in today. I actually missed my workouts while I was gone!
