Wanted to use a local company. Asked if there were appointments for a consultation for our outlets not working in our basement since the storm a few weeks ago. The person who answered literally didnt speak when I asked. Then asked me what I wanted. It was a really weird exchange. They asked me what I wanted them to do about it and then asked if I would want them fixed???? Im not sure why else I would call.... Super strange interaction. I said that I would try another company and they said, "Ok!"

Professional company, was able to get same day service for a very reasonable price. Very efficient and honest technician. I would recommend this company for sure!Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation

I've had Suburban out a couple times for minor home electrical issues and repairs and they've been great to work with on my frequent old home issues (c. 1937).
The guys were pleasant, quick, did good work and a great job of cleanup!
The only reason for 4/5 stars was due to having to push to get a committed day and time, but I've recommended them to friends and will continue to use Suburban in the future!!
