“Great way to build your core strength safely. Comfortable environment, great coaching!“
“Very grateful to have found REACH! After my back injury, I was searching for someone who could help me understand movement dynamics and empower me to re-build musculoskeletal strength through home exercises (not just office visits!). With the heart of a true coach, Dr. Burr patiently answers questions and takes the time to explain the "how and why" behind his treatment and exercises.“
“Shraddha, my physical therapist at Ally has been transformative. She combines a keen knowledge of physical therapy with a kind heart and an awareness of the big picture. She has made a huge difference in my life.
Her continued work on my neck and back issues have eliminated my migraines and acute headaches. The range is now mild discomfort, to pressure, and often none at all.
She implemented a variety of exercises and massages (craniosacral therapy) and modified them for maximum results. I am confident with the changes she has made at Alley and to my home exercises. She even had ideas that have improved my allergies and sensitivities.
Through Shraddha a great weight has been lifted. My heartfelt thanks to the wonderful people at Ally Physical Therapy who I have come to admire.“
“I was severely struggling with spinal stenosis of the C6/C7 region. Neuropathy down the arms pain numbness down both arms. I showed up to Dr Kyle and John on a bunch of gabapentin and Duloxetine. Dr Kyle was awesome; super positive and knowledgeable, and able to put my health puzzle in better order after one meeting. After many health professionals ignore or be baffled by my issues it was so refreshing to get this kind of care! After 5 treatments centered around dry needling I was able to ditch the gabapentin and began detoxing and got off the Duloxetine. I’m clear headed again and my daily pain was reduced to a level that was better than what the drugs were doing. It’s changing my life; the wife was very pleased with the new me! I’m going to return to John and Laurie’s clinics to keep improving. John has an idea of how many more treatments could get significantly farther in my recovery. It feels so great to find someone willing to find out what it takes to help you get better. I was told I was down to surgery, I don’t have to accept that any more! John ans Laurie are game changers! I can’t say enough…“
“Everyone was super nice and helpful! I would definitely go back if I needed to! They were super flexible with my crazy schedule, and I actually feel a lot better now!“

“Over the years, my husband and I have needed physical therapy on many occasions for various ailments. We both feel strongly that Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in South Lyon is the best rehab facility either of us has ever encountered. Their staff is always very interested in our needs and very proactive in helping us progress. They treat us like family. We highly recommend them.“
“Ethos Physical Therapy gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.
Ethos Physical Therapy, is in the same suite as the former ATI PT used to be in, 44191 Plymouth Oaks Blvd. Ste 800. Plymouth, MI 48170 ; (734) 463-3007. ATI has closed down a large number of their clinics. The best of the staff has since opened Ethos. I have had multiple surgeries over the last 10-15 years or so. I rehabed my shoulders, hips and knees with Nicole Mead while ATI still existed. She has done an awesome job in getting me back on my feet as quickly as possible. She is a Grand Valley State University grad with a DPT in her field of expertise. GVSU is well known for producing some of this nations best practioners of various therapy professions. Over the years Nicole has become more than Physical Therapist. She is also a friend. She explains, very thoroughly, what needs to be done and how she's going to get you back to your usual self and back in the game of life.
Nicole is not the only employee at Ethos PT. The other Therapists and Therapy Assistants are equally knowlegable and helpful with setting up and monitoring the therapy prescribed by the DPT's. Everyone in the clinic is very friendly and happy to help in whatever way is requested.
I highly recommend Ethos Physical Therapy for all of your rehab needs.“
“I had surgery on my knee back in October and chose prevent physical therapy because of the staff that works there, they guided me in the right direction. I couldn’t be happier with the results I have gotten over the past 5 months and I recommend anyone that needs physical therapy to stop in and ask for Linda, Zaid, Jeff and Chelsea.“
“I highly recommend this place for your physical therapy needs. I have been attending sessions here on and off for several years, and I can attest to the significant impact it has had on my overall physical health. The staff's attention to detail and personalized care have been instrumental in my progress.“
“Dave and the entire staff are awesome!!! This is the only place I will go for physical therapy. Highly recommend!!!“
“From the first phone call, through out services and far beyond discharge, PARC was exceptional! Every person I encountered, wether on the phone or in person, was genuinely so kind, compassionate and had excellent skills. Before my first surgery I was anxious if something didn’t go as planned, I would have to be working with home healthcare longer than anticipated. For my Mother we had average to below average companies as a whole; thankfully sprinkled in with some great hands on providers. PARC stands out in every aspect! Two surgeries- both physical therapists (Dara and Tom) we great. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring! I have recommended PARC to family and friends and I HIGHLY recommend them to you!“
“I loved doing physical therapy here after giving birth to twins! I only had a few appointments before moving out of state and everyone from the front desk forward was so friendly and inviting. I learned a lot to continue my workouts at home as well. They kept me motivated to reach my goals and Sarah and Liz are awesome!“
“So I came here initially not really knowing what was going on with my hip. Met with a hip specialist prior and his recommendation was PT. It's been an absolute delight coming to this Athletico facility. I worked with Sam the entire time and I couldn't have asked for a better Physical Therapist. He helped diagnose that I have a frozen hip and gave me a very positive "oh we'll fix this right up" on our initial meeting. After about 2 or 3 months of PT 2x a week, we got my hip mobility to 95+% and it felt so much better not having pain in daily activities. Took some time off after that initial visit, trying to keep in mind the exercises they sent me home with, to then tweak my hip a couple times playing indoor soccer the following year (Jan 2024). So I went back and Sam remembered me right away like I was family. He asked why I was back and gave him the back story. We did a couple visits and he mentioned without a doctor script, he may not be able to get me back to where I was in the 10 visits, so without even asking him to, he went out of his way and called up the hip specialist I visited and got me another script so I didn't have to worry about having limited visits. Just amazing the forethought and kindness doing that sets Sam apart. On top of that, you get laughs, great conversation, incredible supporting staff, and pain (but the good kind of pain that helps get you back to your normal self, so don't be concerned). He is very accommodating in scheduling as well, since there were quite a few times I couldn't make it on my normal scheduled day and time, and slotted me in somewhere else on the calendar no problem. I can thank Sam enough for the help through this time in my life and helping me get back to normal!!“
“The physical therapists at Neil King Physical Therapy-Plymouth are great. They know how to evaluate the problem area, and they provide treatment and appropriate exercises to help strengthen the involved muscles. They explain the treatment and exercises and answer my numerous questions. The staff are kind, and I can joke with them, making this fun. I have worked with Jordan, Angie, and Kenny, and Dawn is an excellent Office Administrator.“
“Brent and his Entire team are very knowledgeable, personable and caring. Initially, they evaluate your issues and create an individualized plan for your health needs. Each visit the physical therapist (Brent, Griffith or Anita) assessed how i was doing and provided adjustments as needed. An exercise program followed and was monitored the entire time by knowledgeable, caring professionals. You'll find the office staff is also friendly, accommodating and efficient (especially Ashley :). Great overall experience that definitely improved my health issues. I feel like I have the tools now for ongoing maintenance. Thank you Brent and your entire team!“
“Christa is amazing to work with. She is so very thorough and knowledgeable. She has helped me tremendously and I am so grateful. She has helped get to the root cause of my issues and we’re working together to heal my body. Christa is passionate about what she does and genuinely wants to see her patients thrive. I highly recommend her!“
“I love the one-on-one attention by knowledgeable and friendly staff. The well-equipped and clean facility made my recovery from knee surgery quick and pleasant. Their care goes beyond just the knee and also benefits the whole body. I look forward to continuing my therapy“
“I have had long term left hip and pelvis pain and have had various treatments over the years. Nothing seemed to give long term relief. I decided to try Radial Pressure Wave Therapy and had a healthy dose of skepticism. After 3 treatments I am very happy! I was able to cross country ski 3 days in a row for several hours each day with minimal discomfort. I was able to snow plow while skiing without pain. I am able to sleep without tossing and turning to find a comfortable position. Two months ago prior to treatment, I had to really limit how much and how far I skied as it was too painful. Finding a comfortable sleep position was difficult. I would highly recommend this treatment. I am looking forward to being able to garden without pain. Thank you Lisa Wiley for treating me!“
“I had multiple issues that I let go on for too long when I began PT with Jake B. He was patient with me and didn't make me feel like I had too much to work on. We took turns tackling each thing and he helped me to feel strong again and able to walk, run, squat and deadlift with minimal to no pain. He tailors to your specific needs in a detailed home exercise program that is easy to access through an app and pays close attention if you are having any issues with that. He is even helping me with a running program now as I want to try my hand in a half marathon. If you have pain or functional limitations, do not let it bring you down, do not hesitate, go see Jake B. and the rest of his team at Michigan Rehab and Performance!!!“
