Based on the reviews, I was hesitant. Here's how it went. I am a new client here. My appointment was on a Tuesday. I arrived at 8:45 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. Paperwork was sent to me to complete prior to my appointment. I was called back to the room at 9:15. The medical assistant came into the room within minutes. Dr Johnstone came into the room within a few minutes after that. Dr Johnstone was very professional, friendly, listened to me, and made the appointment much less stressful. I was there for a complete physical and was out the door by 10:00 a.m. including a blood draw on site. All of this knowing that the office was short-staffed by 2 MAs. Dr. Ducu and her office staff are wonderful. Laura went above and beyond getting a referral for me at the last minute so I could keep my appointment and she was such a pleasure to engage with. Very patient and kind. I can’t thank her enough for all her effort.

I've been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years and I cannot tell you how much I love this team. My doctor (Johnstone) is well educated, kind, patient and a good listener.The clinic offers all standard tests from EKG to ultrasound to bloodwork to X-rays and the teams who perform these tests are the best in the business (seriously, Mona is the best phlebotomist around).I had some health issues a couple weeks back and when I called Laura (front desk), she went above and beyond (and then some) to get me seen by my doctor that very day. My mom's doctor recently retired and I recommended her to my doctor. My daughter recently changed doctors to my doctor... read full review
