So, I really liked this location. Been a member for years. I’ve never had a bad facial here, until April.
I saw Lisette. The first attempt she had me reschedule, since I had sub therapeutic doses of Botox a couple weeks prior (as a test patient for a friend learning). Despite, clearance by the injecting provider, lisettet I stated I wait another 2 weeks…questionable but I thought she was being careful. Come the day of the facial, she seemed distracted, nice enough, but appeared tired, burnt out, and the final straw was the sloppy job she did.

The massage I received from hand and stone was the best I ever got I feel like a new person she spent extra time on areas I requested that I needed more attention to without taking away from the other areas! Without a doubt I will be a returning customer ! Thank you for the amazing service !!
I go once a month for a facial with Stephanie and I have to say she’s absolutely wonderful. I always feel relaxed after my session and my skin looks fantastic, I would highly recommend her!
