"Dishonest and Overpriced"I brought in three pairs of pants for alterations and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience.On my previous visits before leaving, I asked about the pricing for an alteration on a pair of pants, and one of the staff members told me she was not sure, but the price was around $20. However, upon picking up my pants, I was charged $79.49 for the three pairs. I questioned the cashier why it was so much, but she was unable to provide an explanation and mentioned that someone would call me the following day.Sadly, I never received that call, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and feeling ripped off. and feeling ripped off

Kim saved the day! I had taken my daughters prom dress for alterations and the seamstress steamed it and got water stains all over it! In one day, Kim cleaned and pressed it beautifully!

Great staff who are personable, helpful and professional. They always have my clothes ready when they say they are, if not earlier! I've lived in Northville for 10 years and have always used them. Awesome!
