Dino has helped both me and my elder mother. He provides a great, professional service. I’ve never had a secondary leak after utilizing Dino’s services. He gets it done correctly the first time.
I usually don't leave reviews but my experience was so great that I decided to leave one this time. My parents referred them me so I made an appointment and they came early the next day. My shower was leaking into my basement. I have an old house that was put together strangely and it turned out to be a somewhat tricky job. They were so kind and professional and made sure that I understood what was happening and what they would be doing and were very thorough. I will be using them for future plumbing needs.
This is the second time we have used Countryside Plumbing and we will use them always. They are so great! Both times when I called, they were so nice and understanding of our needs. Concerned about our conditions and fast to get service to us. The service rep was very helpful with info and suggestions. Matt was able to be at my house the next day, earlier time then originally told, got to work right away. In and out within a few hours of installing a new hot water heater. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at Countryside Plumbing !
