Very poor service. They charge outrageous amounts for low quality arrangements. They are taking advantage of grieving people. They make excuses and say their site states they can make substitutions.I advise everyone to call the local florist directly to keep from being taken advantage of.
I have ordered from Dulaya Memories many times. If you're looking for sympathy gifts... this is the place. They are reasonably priced, high quality, and delivery is prompt. Excellent service!
Love this place, use it when the circumstances are Needed..use instead of flowers.
