I bought my son a new thermostat for Christmas. The day after Christmas I went to his house in Niles Mi to put the new one in. So I took off the old old one and found the wires needed were not in the wall. So I tried putting the old one back on the wall and when I did it did not work. Now It is Saturday night day after Christmas and nothing is open to come fix it for me. So I called Scott A Wilson radio 24 hour service for Heating and Cooling. We have had Scott as our heat / ac company for years. We like that he is a locally owned small business that we can support in our community. We are always happy with his service. We had our AC completely go out and need replacing durning this awful 90 plus degree weather. My husband has health issues and the heat is not good for him. Scott was working on the 4th for his comfort club members cleaning ac units. We are one of his members but I know even if we were not he would have still done our install on July 4th. He hadn’t made appointments yet so he said he would do our new AC install instead.We are so thankful that we have been able to work with Scott Wilson all... read full review
