People are nice enough but every thing is an up sell. Retinal scan… supposedly required for $44 but you can refuse. I was told it would be required next year… whatever. I’m pushing my company to find a different provider than RX

Lily was so great, she was caring, she went a above and beyond, the one thing I really appreciate was her patience with me. I love her customer service. I’ll recommend anyone to her. Thanks for being so helpful and understanding.

Just wanted to give a big thanks to Tiffany at the niles location. I lost my glasses on a kayaking trip and she went above and beyond to help me get contacts until my new glasses came in and she didn't charge me or my insurance a dime. I definitely recommend rx optical in niles there great friendly and really care about there patients..#5stars#thankstiffany
