Rick did a great job servicing our air conditioner. Thorough inspection and he went over the results with me. He installed a new filter that quieted the blower which is by the living room of our small condo. We will continue to have Michiana service our furnace and air conditioner. They are very good at ensuring our maintenance work is done properly.

Our thermostat stopped working over a VERY hot weekend. We called Michiana, and a technician was out within a few hours. He was great—helped us pick the right new thermostat, installed the app on our phones, and showed us how to use it. Patient, friendly, professional—we couldn’t ask for better. And the house is wonderfully cool again!!
