Very friendly, professional, quality and worth the money - reasonably priced. Thorough follow-through.We are renovating a house in Niles and found an unexpected infestation. Phil was there quickly. He was knowledgeable and understanding.He helped recover our house and took care of the problem. He helped us so much! We can work/live there and not be grossed out.In our case, this was a service that we would have preferred to not need, but Phil took care of our problem. I would definitely use him for ongoing pest control services.Good people!

Their technician Phil, was very kind and compassionate through the whole ordeal. He was on time and got it done in the timeframe we gave him. He even helped put everything back in place.

I have known Chuck and his son, Phil since 2011, working with them professionally via another business they own and the pest business for my clients. Hands down the best, honest, and kindest professionals I could ever work with. Truly honored to have gotten to know such amazing human beings. Now, owning my first home, I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my home but them.
