Bill's Appliances is a business that offers a variety of appliances, including washers, dryers, and freezers. A customer purchased a washer and dryer set for their parents, and although they encountered some issues with the washer, the company was able to replace it with a new unit that now works flawlessly. Another customer bought an upright freezer for their small business and is excited to use it. However, one customer had a different experience with a washing machine they purchased. Despite being told that the washers are tested, they found it to be leaking and going out of balance. The customer was not offered an exchange and is not planning to recommend Bill's Appliances. Overall, the business is described as super affordable and helpful, but there was one instance of poor customer service.
Purchased a washer/dryer set for my parents in Illinois and was able to swap out the washer when we ran into some complications. once we got the new unit everything worked flawlessly! I personally bought an upright freezer for my small business that I am super excited to use! Super affordable and super helpful.
Bought a washing machine from Bill's.3/9/24. Husband installed in today 3/16/24 Was told that they test (do a load of laundry) the washers. Well not sure about that, because the washer leaks & goes out of balance, even when you do a small load. But they expect to load it up & bring it back to the their shop to be fixed. Can't even get a exchange. Will not be recommending Bill's Appliances
We've bought 4 different appliances from Bill's over the years and have always had quality appliances superior customer service! 👏
