I have work for this company for almost two years, I have look at these older reviews from 5+ years ago and that's not the company I know now. The owners are understanding and willing to work with the schedule of clients and caregivers alike, If I had a life event happen and needed help they have always been ready and understanding. I have worked for a lot of big companies and they never cared or was willing to work with me when it comes down to these type of issues. I'll never belittle someone's else experience, troubles, or pain but as for me those comments are not the same company I work for now, I can't say for others but I think this is a great place to work & it seems the past issues are no longer issues.

I've been with this company for year's and I've had nothing but good pay and a great team. I do know that this company has ran into problems and I say alot of problems with really bad worker's. Leaving the place and client's not taken care of. We need really good worker's!!!! Company is great!
