I LOVE Dr. Paula!!! I started seeing her a few years ago because I was experiencing severe anxiety attacks that woke me up in the middle of the night. Through chiropractic care, some supplements and diet changes I am so happy to say that I finally feel like I have my anxiety under control. I just shared with Dr. Paula that my life right now is pretty stressful but I have noticed that I have had no anxiety attacks. If I start to feel anxious I have the tools I need to get through it. I am so thankful to Dr. Paula and all her help. I am so thankful that I don’t have to rely on medication.
I have been going to Dr Paula Ruffin for over 20 years. As a dancer my body including my arms and legs are how I make my living. I had a sciatica problem for years and she has been able to put me back together like humpty dumpty! Dr. Ruffin treats you with more than her expertise and experience. She listens and sincerely cares. It's like being part of a loving family. I live 45 minutes from her clinic and its worth every minute of the drive!
Thanks to Dr. Ruffin, I am in less pain and and have more movement after a fall. I tried physical therapy. I started at her office after my husband(he was going to Dr. Ruffin) asked me"Why not try Dr. Ruffin?" I am so glad I did. She is so caring and does not rush. Everyone who walks thru the door gets very best care. I would highly recommend her.
