Ella at the front desk got me checked in and all set up super quick. Then Dr. Patillo came in and was super thorough with her exam and answered all of my questions with patience and ease. The star of the show though today was Mackenzie. She gained Chloé’s trust immediately and made her feel so cozy and safe.
