Lisa and her staff are friendly and meticulous. Lisa does beautiful lashes too! They are extremely busy in the spring and summer- so be considerate and don't be late if your lucky enough to get an appointment.
Pros:-Same day appointment honored and nail techs took me and my sister back promptly-Lexie, my nail tech for a polish mani/pedi, was fantastic! She was attentive, kind, and expertly fixed a smudge I made while drying.Cons:-My sister did not have the same experience. Her tech took a phone call in the middle of the appointment while doing my sister's nails. Also, the tech's dip application was amateur as she didn't even shape the nail with a tool after dipping. The result was disappointing.Services: Manicure
Being a retiree in this area, I just wanted a nice, welcoming, competent place to go for a pedicure! I don't need a Chicago style high end place, nor a resort style spa. I just wanted a clean, comfortable, easy-going atmosphere with people who know what they are doing, and are willing to discuss options! Finally, I've found it! My technician was Rene, but I've got the feeling everyone there is fine! Easy to drive to, fresh, airy, and so welcoming. Rene was attentive, careful, and did exactly what I needed. Super pleased - and I've tried a lot of places! Plus, it's right in New Buffalo, so good shopping, food, and the lake at the end of the road are there for you too! So, spoil yourself for a day - and be sure to make Sakari's a part of it. Great prices too.
