John and his workers are awesome! We had a foundation issue and they came out and fixed it at a great price! We got an encapsulation as well and the crawl space looks so much better and cleaner! They work fast and efficient, always make sure to keep you updated and are so professional and kind! Would definitely recommend this company to everyone they are great!
Update: communication was lacking after a few further attempts to get some additional help. Initially, they were very available, but then after...not so much. I just would have appreciated a response. But they did help us out in the beginning.Great experience so far…starting with John, then Brennan. They were very quick to come out; plus, very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They were very honest too about what we needed and I never felt like they were trying to pull anything over on me. Still waiting for a heavy rain to test the fix, but I’m hopeful. I’ll provide another update. If we still need help, they are who I will call. Thank you!! ?
Had water POURING through my basement walls from a storm. Called Wet to Dry and they were out in 20 minutes.Very quick and efficient in the repairs. John was very friendly and worked quickly to repair the leak. Would highly recommend! Thank you!!!
