Paul Installed a new AC at our house last year. Ran into issues with Paul's attitude and defensiveness from the start. Should have known when he said he had a customer taking him to court as we discussed the quote what a huge red flag that was and not used him. But he was reasonably priced and available to install the next day. Issues with the install that Paul was none to pleased to come back and fix. Now a year later we are continuing to have issues with our brand new AC and will have to call another company to check what the heck is wrong. We had an ac unit replaced in April. Same size just swap and old one for a new one. In June we found our ac was not blowing cool air. When he came out to inspect it, he found the breaker that is on the outside of the home, was melted.The way the unit was connected was not correct. We are lucky it did not catch fire. He did rewire the connection from the main to the breaker box. But that was also done improperly.We had an electrician out and it will need to be redone. We gave Paul an opportunity to take care of that but he declined and said “take me to court”.We have no choice but to have a professional fix a non professionals work.Be very careful hiring this guy.
