Been having my taxes done at J&A for a few years now and they have always been very professional and fairly priced. I can count on my paperwork being filed properly and correctly. Takes the time to answer any questions you may have and address any concerns. Cannot reccomend them enough.

This was my first year filing taxes for multiple states since my husband was in the military and I lived in Michigan and Colorado for a while. They knew exactly how to handle our military return and gave us some good advice for next year. She also went through every line of the tax return explaining what each number meant, which I thought was great!

I would definitely recommend getting your taxes done here!! I was referred by my friend who had been coming here for years. I met with Terri who was AMAZING!! She really took the time to explain to me what everything meant, which I really appreciated! I have been to a few places before that made me feel rushed or like I was just a number. However, Terri made me feel heard and addressed all of my questions and issues. Also, when I called to ask a question and Terri was not in, I was able to speak with Rochelle who looked up my return so she could answer my question. I really appreciated that!! Lastly, the front desk staff was so kind and sweet! I remember my friend had warned me before that the lady at the front desk was pretty rude, but it turns out that she is no longer there. Now the girls running the front desk are very friendly! I will not only be returning next year, but I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!
