I had a window that was leaking, and prior to having this company come out I had my HOA seal the overhang because I suspected that was the issue. When the gentlemen arrived he agreed with me that the overhang was the issue and I shouldn’t have a problem going forward. I had him come look inside at some flaking drywall around the frame and asked him if he thought there was serious damage underneath I should address. He said that the damage was minimal and that I shouldn’t worry about it. I appreciated the honesty and him not trying to sell me a window or repair I didn’t need!
Vince and his teammate from I.W.R. replaced the seals on our windows. They did an excellent job. Very happy with the work I.W.R. did, replacing the worn and deteriorated seals. The windows look brand new again. Every aspect of working with the I.W.R. team, from sales, scheduling and repair was professional.
We were very pleased with the service provided by Mike and Ed today (independent window). They were professional, courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. My husband and I were both able to continue with our work schedule without interruption. We are repeat customers and happy to be so. We have found, as we have worked with independent window over the last few years that when they have made a mistake, they have taken care of it. We will continue to use them for our window repairs.
